My favorite nail polish ever

This is actually my favorite nail polish in the world. I've already used it with 5 different styles. My favorite is doing 10 different base colors and then this on top, I've never bought a nail polish multiple times, but I did for when my first bottle runs out lol good job orly. It can get a little globby at times. I found that if I get a piece of paper, I can work out the globs on that before putting it on my nails. Looooove this

Great topper!

Goes with anything. Confetti spreads evenly with great coverage with a single coat. I suggest a base coat because it is very hard to remove. This is Turn It Up on top of 1990’s collection How Tragic.
