Love the product - customer support needs work

The nail polish itself is great an I like the subtle sparkle, but I was disappointed by customer support during the shipping process and would only recommend buying from orly in a physical store.

My package was delayed and UniUni didn’t attempt to deliver in the timeframe they said they would. I was worried my package wouldn’t arrive. I reached out by email to ORLY and they only sent me automated replies re-sending me the tracking link. This demonstrated that they didn’t actually read my emails. Thankfully my package DID eventually arrive, but I was worried that it wouldn’t.
