Love the color, but too thick

I love this color, so summery, or could be a good fall color too. But, this one was thicker than some of my other colors, so it doesn't go on as smoothly. It gets on my cuticles a lot easier, which I don't like. However, it still lasted about a week before chipping, the tips wore out after about 4 days. Because it's thicker, I couldn't really do what I usually do which is to add another thin coat of color and top coat after about 5 days, and wear for a few more days.
