An unexpected new favorite

Perfect medium blue for the middle of summer. Layers smoothly over an off white for a shallow water look, or takes two layers for a deeper, rich blue. Named well. Accent nail done in LT with a blue glitter topcoat. Def. a new fave from my 8 bottle haul.
