Feeling Foxy

When I first got my bottle, I immediately contacted Orly customer service and told them they had sent me the wrong color because it looks like blue grey. I even filed this under grey nail polish. Orly e-mailed me back that its the right color. I sat on this for almost a week and then went outside and held the bottle to the sun and said “They are right! I was wrong, it is plum.” In the sun, it looks like a very deep aubergine. I honestly didn’t know what I was looking at. This color is an enigma because it looks like other things than what it really is. This is a really cool plum and looks closest to nebula. Figuring out how to do an ombre with Plum Noir, Secret Heir, and Indigo Skies. This is so dark and emo vampy I love it.

So I ordered this because I have had this on my wish list for months. Its so dark plum I actually reached out to Orly and told them they sent the wrong color. They replied…No, this is the correct color. I sat on this for a couple of days and my eyes had to adjust to actually know what I’m looking at. It unexplainable and an enigma until I walked out into the sun with the bottle and said “ crap, they’re right.” So now I want to order another bottle because its so vampy and I’m emo so I love it. If a breathable version of this were to come out, it should be called miz-understood. Its really easy to use, no top coat needed and one coat gives full opacity.

This one didn’t look like the color pictured at all. It’s more of a grape grey purple. It’s pretty. Just not the color I wanted
