Not as good as Artist's Garden

I bought this shade because I was so happy with Artist's Garden. That color stayed on for several days without chipping, and I loved the finish which had a lovely wet & glistening look even when dry. I then bought a bottle of Dear Abby from my local Ulta Beauty, but it dried with a matte appearance which I wasn't crazy about, and it started chipping after only 1 day. I don't understand why the textures and chipping between the two polishes would be so different. I thought they'd be similar since they're both "nail lacquer."

I purchased two of these. One for me and the other for my neighbor. She has a classic car that matches this Polish perfectly. She was very excited about the polish and can’t wait to wear it to the car show..
