I love it!

Fresh Powder is a a ten out of a ten. It dried quickly, I had full coverage in two coats, and it's an amazing formula that self leveled perfectly. I love everything about it! It's a nice change from dark winter colors and will be a beautiful spring transition color. It also looks amazing as a base for a shimmer topper.
