I had hard gel nails for 3 years and my natural nails were a mess once I had the hard gel removed. After a week, my nails already look better and feel stronger!

I am 14, and I have a really bad nail biting problem. Nothing has ever worked for me, EVER!!!! I would put two coats a night, along side the ORLY NO BITE, and would like put on a new coat after a full week of layering!! It has only been like 8 or 9 days, and my nails have grown soooo much!!! Must I say, it has helped a lot (I pick at my thumbs and point fingers a lot so they haven’t grown as much cuz I’m picking at them. BUT OVERALL!!! AMAZINGGGG
